In 2004, Hypedynamics acquired its domestic subsidiary HYD Resources Corporation. It is the company's second operating subsidiary with corporate offices located at the Hyperdynamics headquarters in Sugar Land, TX and field offices in LaSalle Parish, Louisiana.
The Company operates multiple leases in LaSalle Parish and Concordia Parish, Louisiana. The primary focus is on relatively shallow production in mature fields. The depths of production and exploration have ranged from 1,400 to 6,000 feet.
