On September 22, 2006, Hyperdynamics, through its wholly owned subsidiary SCS Corporation, signed a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) with the government of The Republic of Guinea (Guinea-Conakry) for an offshore license that covers the area indicated in the diagram. The Company relinquished a portion of its initial acreage in December 2009, and is presently focused on exploring its remaining 9,650 square mile contract area.
